Cockpit Upholstery & Underseat Cover Plate

• Installed the pilot side underseat cover plate
• WIP installing side panels

I’m procrastinating on a few things engine and avionics related - testing fuel flow and first engine start primarily.

I decided to take on something light today, so I continued to work on upholstery after finishing the pilot side underseat cover plate installation.

By lunch time, I fully installed the copilot side front side panel. I am ready to install the pilot side panel tomorrow.

When installing the side panels, lots of the holes didn’t line up with the rivnuts for some reason. Maybe I did the initial fitting before the dashboard was install. Now there is a significant interference between the dashboard rack and the top of the leather panel. I actually needed to remove about 1 inch on the leather right below the instrument dashboard.
