Wing Fairing - Part 2

Details

On both wing fairings, I spent last 2 days match drilling holes for all the rivnuts. There are about 80 of them. Like I said in the last blog, I had to be extremely careful to not drill into important stuff like wiring or ribs.

I also installed a few rivnuts to test my drill bit. Since I have 80 holes to enlarge for M4 rivnut, I did not use step drills and just used a straight drill bit of 6 mm diameter.

After all the drilling, there were dust everywhere. I also took some time to clean up the floor and the wing for shavings.
