Installing Interior Panels under Center Channel - Part 2

Details

For the copilot upholstery panels, I followed the same steps as the pilot side. The copilot side’s cut was almost the same as the pilot side, and the hole misalignments were also almost the same.

So with the experience from the pilot side, the copilot side felt faster. after much grinding and cutting, the copilot side was installed.

One thing I did differently: the fuel lines directly under the fuel selector interferes with the panel, I could not force the panel as it would create a huge amount of chafing against the fuel lines. So I cut a notch on the panel to make both the panel and the fuel selector/fuel lines play nice together. After I’ve done this to the copilot side, I took off the pilot side panel and cut the same notch to relieve the chafing stress. The notch will be a great inspection point in the future too.
