Hangar Clean Up and Reorganization
The shelves in my hangar are dangerously close to my wing when the airplane is fully indoors.
So I decided to move the shelves to the rear of the hangar. It took me 40 minutes to unload the stuff from all shelves, move the shelves, and put the stuff back. I wanted to clean up the floor but forgot to bring my power washer to the hangar, oops.

Vinyl Decals
I alo printed a bunch of decals for various parts of the airplane, things like: fuel quantity and quality sticker, max luggage weight etc.
Wing Fuel Lines & Wires
Next - I connected the fuel and return lines in both wings.
The connection fitting is AN6. I wiped the fittings clean with some alcohol, then hand-tightened the lines before turning with a wrench 90 degrees.
The space was tight for wrench to turn, I tried a few different ones until I found a good position to turn. Eventually I got it done.
And I also connected the wires for fuel boost pumps (more on this later) as well as the fuel sender signal wire.

Failed Test on Boost Pump
With the boost pump connected, I turned on the master switch expecting the pumps to start a self-test and make some sound. But everything was quiet.
I turned on avionics, EMS backup, lane A/B, toggled fuel selectors, toggled pump 1/2 selectors, pump override switch, but nothing caused the boost pump to start.
In the boost pump web portal, there is an error message:
I don’t understand why it says “doesn’t appear to be shutting off”, since the pump isn’t on in the first place. But the voltage 0.00 is concerning.
Since both pumps are not working, and pump override isn’t even starting anything, I believe something common between the two pumps are messed up. It’s unlikely that I have 2 bad pumps.
I have started to trace the wire diagram. I hope this doesn’t turn into a debug marathon like the rotax fusebox drama.
