Details

Test fitted the parachute blow-out cover before installing the rocket.

With the cover plate laid out, I used duct-tape to hold it in place. Then I match drilled all the holes around the cover skin and cleco-ed them with 3.2mm clecos.

One hole was right above the parachute cable (the center hole at the front as seen from the pic above). So I drilled a new hole right next to it to clear the cable but maintain the hold-on strength.
